Today's SparkCoach challenge was to put sweets "out of site and out of mind". I found it very funny that I got that challenge on Valentine's Day...lol. I made Red Velvet Cupcakes to bring to work for my co-workers. That was BEFORE my SparkCoach session! The great thing is. I have learned to treat myself to a treat once in a while. I DID have one cupcake and I counted it on my Nutritional tracking. I know it didn't do much to add nutrients to my body...but I was sure to fill the rest of my day with very healthy food choices and I will not go over my needed requirements! I don't really keep unhealthy sweets in my home. I feed my sweet tooth with fruits usually. I hope everyone has a wonderful Valentine's Day and that it is a fun and fullfilling Valentine's day and not something to be depressed about because you "can't" have something!
good for you. I can have chocolate and sweets and Ice cream in the house and it does not tempt me UNLESS I am feeling deprived. So I try never to get to that state. if I want something, I have it. I just try to eat a reasonable portion. here are times ( hormonal times) when it does not work but I can usually figure it out. MOST of the time....
