Day 45 - Fitness
I have 5 minutes in - will update later. Plan to walk in afternoon. I remembered to wear my ankle support
Day 24- Salad, raw veggies and fruit
Eat smart veggie salad with added peppers and broccoli. It is so filling. Yesterday, I did not need an afternoon snack.
So, I had planned to jump on the scale, but I forgot. I did wear my form fitting dress and it does look good. So, nonscale victory, at least.
I am not allowing myself any excuses to "diet".
UPDATE: Walked a total of 20 minutes. No pain either!
