Mid-Month Progress Report...

So far, February has been a very good month for me... I've stayed consistent w/ my eating, I've actually made it to all of my gym classes (even going to an extra one or two), AND I've finally gotten back to strength training.


So, here are my results since Feb. 1st:

Weight: 4.6 lb. lost

Body fat %: 0.7% lost

Upper arms: 0.25 in. lost

Chest: 0.25 in. lost

Waist: 0.5 in. lost

Hips: 0.5 in. lost

Thighs: 0.5 in. lost

Calves: 0.25 in. lost

That's 2.25 inches lost so far, along w/ the 5+ lbs. weight loss in just 2 weeks! In addition to all of this, I've hit another milestone... 10% weight loss! WooHoo!!!

My next goal is 15%... or 231 lb. mark! Since that's another 14 lbs, I'm hoping to reach it by the end of March...

    emoticon Hi! Just came checking up on your and see you are doing terrific!! I had a good month for Jan. Lost around 5lbs. Now with Lent, I am really behaving. Expecting another good month. How's the hip doing? Mine are good but I am having occasional really painful aching in my right thigh that doesn't last long but sure does hurt. ??? Not sure what that means. Have an awesome blessed Sunday my Friend. emoticon emoticon

    I have one of the Fitbit Aria scales that interfaces w/ Sparkpeople... it measures lean body mass, fat body mass, as well as body fat % & BMI. I've compared the readings I get from it w/ the caliper measurements that my gym does, and it is extremely close in results (almost dead on).
