Yum is right!!!! I'm trying wheat free and I make a version of the oatmeal pancakes too. They hit the spot when I want carby goodness!!! And so filling! Yours look wonderful with the whipped cream and berries.
I often add orange zest or lemon zest, cinnamon and nutmeg. I also mix them up and store the extra batter in the fridge to make again the next couple days. These have literally saved me! Thanks so much for sharing! 1834 days ago
