You are allowed to weigh in at the gym for the 90 day challenge any time you want.
So far the top loser has lost 8 pounds already. 8 pounds!!!!! That is more than a pound a day!
I am not going to weigh in until Saturday. Once a week. I am hoping for anything over a pound. 1.2 would be awesome. 1.5 would put me on track to losing all the weight I want by the end of the challenge.
If I lost 8 pounds in 6 days, I would probably be jumping up and down all day long in delight.
