I put on a pair of jeans today that used to give me a little bit of a muffin top and I almost needed a belt! SWEET!!!!
Just as I suspected, increasing my walking was the key to getting the scale to move in my favor. I need to schedule an appt for my annual check-up but I want to wow the Dr with my success. It won't hurt to go see her in a couple of months when I'm so very close to goal.
