Weeky Update 2/14/13

Happy Valentine's Day!! The hubster & I don't celebrate, but I hope you are sharing part of today with someone special.
Here is how this past week went...
Sleep: Every night this week I was in bed between 10 and 10:30pm, and lights were out by 11pm. I had had some Iced tea a bit too close to bed time a couple of nights, so it took a bit longer to fall asleep on those days, but for the most part, this has been a pretty strong routine.
Food: I started following the higher calorie range that SP gave me when I updated my fitness numbers. It doesn't seem to be hindering my weight loss, as I am down today. I have lost sight of my other goals... carbs and protein, so I will be focusing on thsoe numbers more this week.
Water: 10+ cups a day. Easy Peasy!
Exercise: I took some extra time off this week. I was dealing with some side effects from medication, then had to have a procedure done, but I did all that I could with how I was feeling. So, that's all I can ask for.
Pop: 50 days free!
Weight: stayed the same
Lots of visitors this coming week, so I will be working on enjoying vacation time but having a balance with food.
