I completely agree with you. Yesterday we celebrated our anniversary and Valentines Day in one...it being the day in between the two. I went quite a bit over my calorie limit as I have a few times since I've started this life style change (no more "diets"). The best thing to do is not to punish yourself... a little bit extra once in a while may be just what you need to keep you going. I think having an off day once a week..sometimes twice and being okay with it, is what has kept me going.
