happy valentines day to ME!
not much to say. internet, whereas before i thought was bad, has taken on a whole NEW level of suckage. i seem to say this every time but its been just nonexistant.
anyways, still off low carb. eating a lot. tracking calories unless we go out but at home for sure tracking.
still working out. in week 6 of c25k.
thats going fine.
been slacking on strength training a bit but its not for lack of want.
thats about it.
