Listen to me on Fat 2 Fit Radio

Thursday, February 14, 2013

I heard myself on the Fat 2 Fit Radio podcast. I think I came across as warm, genuine and a little nervous. There's something liberating about being candid, honest, and open about my weight and body fat percent. I'm taking it out of the closet, although honestly, anyone with eyes can see what I weight. Go take a listen, and let me know what you think!

10 months until my cruise!
My toward motivation is I'm going on a 7-day cruise to the Western Caribbean Dec. 2012. My goal is to look great in shorts and swim suit, and have the energy to climb the ancient Mayan ruins. I want to get to 145, which puts me in the healthy BMI range. I want to look great in the pix, too. Here's a pic of me on cruise in Dec. 2007 at about 170 pounds, trying to hide my thigh with my hand.

Weigh in day: 181.8, up .2 from last week. Let's see how this week goes with drinking more water and lifting more weights.

Hi. Heard you on the Podcast. I've been listening to that Podcast since the beginning and love it, although I miss Jeff.

I'm going on a cruise in November and am trying to shed some pounds by then as well.
