Since the beginning of the year, I have lost 10 pounds and 4.55" of fat from my body! The past week the scale has been hovering at that 10 pounds point and not moving any lower, but I could tell by looking at myself in the mirror, how my clothes were fitting, and how I felt throughout the day that my body has been getting smaller and healthier. And so this morning, after the numbers on the scale till hadn't moved, I measured myself. And discovered the 4.55" lost! I am so excited
