im tired

yep, thats my main excuse for not working out.....i counter it by getting my workout clothes on and putting on my shoes and heading down to the treadmill anyway. I start out saying i will at least do my 10 min. but i really cant stop there and usually finish the work out.

    Good for you - tired or not, if I can manage to do my workout I always feel better about myself.
