I started my food lovers program and basically have this plan in place: 1200 cals a day, tracking with app on phone, adding one new habit a week-this week is tracking and sticking to the 1200 cals; next week i will start working out one day a week, or burnig daily (via exercise) any calorie overages; At this pace alone, i should lose 2 pounds a week and be at my goal of 135 by 9/1/13. I do however plan on getting on a schedule where i am working out no less than 3 days a week, hopefully more like 6. i will also slowly move away from the packaged and processed convenience foods i am using now (for sake of lack of time/planning) and move to a clean lifestyle for the whole family. Being that i work so far from home and have to deliver the kids all over, it is hard to prepare and pack lunches and snacks. I have bought frozen and other snacks for this week and left them at the office so that all i have to do is show up and eat. once i get home is another story. i am at my most hungry from 4-8 in the evening and am also running low on cals so that will continue to be a challenge but it is getting easier. i am off to look for the good house keeping list of daily chores to always keep a clean house...i found this article online a few weeks ago and forgot to bookmark it and have looked a few times this week to no avial. it basically lines you up to clean only an hour a day and boom, clean house always. we shall see...that will help tremendously considering i am exhausted anyway, then to have to spend all night and all weekend cleaning, please. no wonder i have no time to workout! but that will be a thing of the past as soon as i get more organized and on the ball which has already started. I am working to get ahead on my pillows so that won't be a constant obstacle and have even downloaded a countdow app on my phone so that i can see everytime i want to have a binge that i am only 6 months away from my goal. I weighed this morning after a horrible weigh in on Tuesday and am down 3.5 pounds, which is still above where i started but better than nothing. i am sure its all water since i had gone a lil crazy last week before weigh in. only positive thinking from here (that is until i get discouraged and have another pity party :))
