Happy Valentine's Day to all!

It has been a little over 1 month since my last entry, but a few things have changed. I lost another 2 pounds, so I am at 190 pounds. My before pregnancy weight with my second child has been reached!!! Yay, I'm stoked. A little at a time and it will all come off, I know it. My daughter is in day care, so I can finish school and start working very soon.
Since today is Valentine's Day, I want to wish everyone who reads this a very happy Valentine's Day! LOVE is in the air...LOVE is powerful...LOVE has allowed me to reach goals and push through tough times. LOVE is the reason I am losing weight. LOVE for myself, my children, my husband, my family. I have decided that I shall LOVE myself more. I have heard that your body is your temple. My temple will no longer be full of regret, doubt, pain, but be full of LOVE, PASSION, HAPPINESS. I hope that you can share my desires and fill your temple with the same or more positive ideas.
I have also heard that your temple only runs good if you feed it properly. I have been enjoying a fruit smoothie (combinations from strawberries, mangos, pineapples, apples, bananas, greek yogurt and spinach) every morning. I have a veggie full lunch (lots of beans for protein). My dinner is something that all 5 mouths in my house eat, so a little meat for me, and lots of veggies. Tonight is a special night, so I plan to eat a little chocolate, too!
