Day 3 - Loving me some me... for Valentine's Day!

So my big mental shift to lose weight is a focus on loving me as much as I love on friends, family and clients. I am usually successful when I put my mind on something, and I am driven. I woke up 4 days ago wondering why I am not giving that energy, focus and attention to myself first.
Just seems stupid of me, but I bet people struggle with this a lot... Outward focus instead of inward.
Great workout this morning... at a client working on their social media... getting ready to send a newsletter to the clients through MailChimp. Then meeting my folks who are in town to see a house... they really want to move to KC to be with me and my brother.
