Middle of week 20: Settled in Germany and doing well!

So I've been in Germany for around 4 weeks. I know it seems like I disappeared, but here I am! During these four weeks I've lost from 235 down to 224. I really am not counting calories, though I have been careful to only eat healthy foods - lots of veggies, fruits, whole grains (excluding gluten grains).
I'm actually quite surprised at my weight loss, since I have been eating much more than I was before. I suppose that's the key though, because previously I was - as my mother put it - barely eating enough to keep a bird alive. lol!
I am very excited though, for as my cousin pointed out to me this morning while chatting on skype, I am only 25 lbs away from being in the 100s. Woo!
So anyway, I hate to be so short, but I promise I'll write more on Sunday! It's been a busy day today and still is. Until next time! : )
