My husband's cousins get together weekly and last night was our night to host. We provided the main dish and everyone else brought a side dish. People brought cookies, chips, home made turnovers and bacon potato salad. All items I don't keep in my house. I struggled with portion control and sweets. I don't regret it because I had a lot of fun. Just wished I practiced a little more self control.
Alright. Time to focus. My weekly weigh in is Monday. Until then I'm going to concentrate on portion control, eating fruits/vegetables, water intake and meet my weekly fitness goal. As long as my weight goes down, no matter how big or small, I'll be happy. Wish me luck and stay tuned!
