I've fallen off my wagon, but its okay I'm holding on to the side. I've just been so busy the last couple of days I haven't been able to get much done. It doesn't help that B (the hubby) has been off the last couple days. He starts days tomorrow and that should give me another few days to workout good.
Also I haven't logged my food for the last couple of days. Lets just say its not been pretty! 3 Dr. Peppers, spinach enchiladas, queso, hashbrown casserole, chicken and dumplings, mach and cheese! I've probably gained two pounds instead of lost 2 pounds like my goal was for the week.
I'll catch up tomorrow gotta go!
