Well not totally Day 30 more like Day 20 plus active weekends
I am down 2 whole lbs!
10 more to go! and my knee is feeling bettetr than ever! I cannot wait to boost up my running when I get back next week

I pretty much killed my old scores and that has a lot to do with my knee feeling better but I am ready for another month! I will do this test again March 13 and weigh in on the 14th. Hoping for another 2lbs at least!
Hope everyone has a great Valentines Day- We are going to spoil ourselfs and have a huge dinner tonight and possibly a movie.. I am making Crab Legs- It has been our signature VDAY dinner for the last few years.
I have to get ready for Vegas too :) eekkkk Soo excited. I am back and forth on bringing running shoes. I Think you have to pay to use the gym in the hotel. I dont think the other girls will workout and we will be walking all day Saturday so I dont know if its needed or not. I plan on Running afterwork tonight and Walking tomorrow so it would really only be Sunday with no fitness.
