Happy Valentine's Day everyone! I'm not a big fan of the holiday and I'm not feeling well so this day is pretty much just like any other to me. My husband did buy me a small chocolate heart and a wonderfully adorable bunny from the Build-A-Bear Workshop.
On the plus side I got my Mom to join us on Spark! She's feeling a bit shy though so I'm not going to point her out. But I'm super excited that we can share this even living more than 6,000 miles apart.
Yesterday I read an amazingly terrifying article about a woman in New Zealand who would drink 2.6 gallons of Coke a day and it eventually lead to her death. She was also a smoker and would skip meals. But I kind of saw myself in that. I love my soda. It's something I still have at least once a day. But I honestly have no idea how anyone could drink that much, of anything really. I'm not a smoker but I have been known to skip meals and only have one meal a day sometimes. It's scary, could something like that be in my future?
I've been watching old seasons of The Biggest Loser. Right now I'm season 13 and watching the episode where the contestants rebel. I am totally shocked by it and sucked in. I'm thinking about constructing some sort of Biggest Loser workout. Like everytime there's a last chance workout doing 50 push ups or something. I tried to find one online but I didn't have much luck with it.
