Happy Valentines Day!!
Not a lot of time to blog, but will post a brief hello and catch up with you all later. Know that the 28DL Sugar free Challenge is going well (not perfect, but well enough!)
Got my work out in this AM and have much to do today, but wanted to stop by and say "hello!"
DH and I are going to see "The Walking Dead Live" - a meet and greet with some of the actors from The Walking Dead. (I know, how romantic! But it involves no sugar, so I'm OK with it!)
Liked this one too, so thought I would include it.
I wanted to put out a web site for Tabata Training also. I am LOVING it, am seeing some great results which I will blog about later. And it is giving me those results while quelling that ADD side of me that gets board to DEATH with routines and that likes to work hard and hop from one thing to another.

Some of you know this by the term HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) perhaps? Not sure what the overlap is in the two systems, but I would think they would be similar.
