I just started the Spark coach program and they want me to write a blog about my current plateau. It seems like I have been stalled here forever (since last fall) and worse I stopped tracking and watched my weight start to inch back up. I managed to keep exercising and have been careful about what I eat but have obviously lost the sense of portion control. So I'll restart my regimen and take the spark coach advice and see if I can regain that feeling and progress that were evident in the beginning.
