I know I shouldn't weigh myself very often but I just couldn't help it. It's almost been 5 days since I weighed myself. I dropped 2 lbs, is that possible or is it water weight? Who knows I'm probably just getting excited too early. Whatever it motivates me to do more. I can't wait to go to the fitness center this evening. Everyday to me is a new beginning ! Yay!
