I know I shouldn't weigh myself very often but I just couldn't help it. It's almost been 5 days since I weighed myself. I dropped 2 lbs, is that possible or is it water weight? Who knows I'm probably just getting excited too early. Whatever it motivates me to do more. I can't wait to go to the fitness center this evening. Everyday to me is a new beginning ! Yay!

    What a wonderful Valentine's Gift to yourself? I would definitely take the 2 pounds. Even if it IS water weight, it is 2 pounds of water you don't need right? One of my friends told me that when I first started this journey and it is a great way to look at it. I have lost 4 pounds in one week before so I would definitely take it! :) Keep up the great work.
