Maybe it's counterintuitive to get back to eating healthy on a holiday that is all about chocolate and goodies, but I'm going to do it anyways. After all, we live in the real world and there are going to be those temptations all the time. My plan for today is to stick with the food I brought with me and limit my snacking on chocolates to no more than a single serving of whatever one thing I choose to indulge in. Then tonight, I am going out on my first real Valentine's Day date in years and I will try to make some healthy choices, plus we're planning on walking around the city a little too, so it should be a good evening. Plus I have an awesome surprise for my boyfriend..
