Winter 5% Challenge: Assignment#9

Know your numbers = the last weigh in for the 5% Challenge will be April 20th.

How many pounds will I lose to achieve a 5% weight loss?

171 pounds x 5% = 8.55 pounds

Weight Progress:

Current Weight: 171 pounds
Target Weight: 162.5 pounds
By When: April 20th, 2013

Now under my Goals & Progress it reads

Goal to EAT 1200 - 1550 calories per day
Goal to BURN 680 calories per week / 97 Calories per day
Goal to go FROM 171 pounds TO 162.5 pounds by 04/20/2013

So with 30 minutes daily exercise emoticon
Eating between 1200 - 1550 calories a day emoticon
I will lose 8.5 pounds in 8 weeks emoticon
