Happy Valentine’s Day, dear hearts!
Having a love affair with yourself first is key to having loving, meaningful relationships with others (makes sense, no?). Romance yourself today; speak only kind words and revel in your awesome uniqueness. Treat yourself like you want others to treat you ~ like you treat your very best friend.
Do something that makes you feel good and loved and whole ~ even if it’s wrapping your arms around yourself and giving a gentle hug. And then do it again tomorrow and again the next day.
Happy Valentine’s Day! xoxoxo
