My Motivation for Today

I have not been doing so well with my sleeping streak. I had some trouble waking up today. I slept until (gasp) 4:25 am. So I only got 30 minutes of exercise before work, plus the 60 minutes of zumba later. I was not so careful last night with food choices for dinner. My DH loves me and tries to cook for me, but often it is a sabotage for what I need to eat. So I had dinner all planned and then he made me a delicious sandwich, that made me go above my allotted calories for the day.
So I am a little disappointed in myself, but I am motivated to keep on losing a few more pounds and then keeping it off.
I know my overeating happened because I was tired.
Today is a new day. I have another chance to do this right, and I am taking it.
