Update from my vent blog!

Thursday, February 14, 2013

So my hubby went to see a Dr, who told him he probably had a bladder infection, he had blood tests etc.

That same night when he came home I asked him how he was feeling , he said great never felt better. My next question was oh good so the antibiotics are working ??

Wrong genius decided his pain was gone and he didn't need the antibiotics. He thinks he passed a kidney stone, I was upset and let it go.

I have to say I have a great support system at work , so having told my friends all of them said no he has to take them etc etc, which I knew , you see if you have a bladder infection and don't treat it ,it may venture up to your kidneys causing all kinds of things. So I told him this on the phone, he was like yeah ok I'll do it.

I found this a little suspicious , because Dh is a very stubborn man. Ha last night he was having pain, that's why he listened ,at least he listened right?

On my pity party update, it ended with a hard workout on a DVD, I sweat so much I forgot why I was feeling sorry for myself.

Thanks for all your hugs , support and very good advice.

I would have thought that anyone who reads a newspaper would know by now that you have to take the entire course of an antibiotic. People's failure to do that not only doesn't cure them, but can make that bacteria resistant to that antibiotic. What is it with men??!! The word "stubborn" hardly begins to cover it!
