Why didn't anyone tell me?

Let's face it, I was completely grasping at straws when I stumbled onto Spark People via Shape Magazine. I have tried for several years to lose weight, I've tried the fad diets, journaling, counseling, fasting, going overboard on eating healthy & exercising - the problem here is that I can't keep it up in a busy schedule and eventually I stop doing everything; and if reading information about being healthy would do it for me I'd be the healthiest person in the world.
But those things never worked, then one day I saw Spark People advertised in Shape Magazine, and I was willing to try anything. I never dreamed it would be so easy to use, and even easier to incorporate in my daily life. Since I first started really using it in November, I have gained a great community of friends who try to help me stay motivated and help pick me up every time I stumble and fall. Unfortunately, I do still stumble at fall at times, but that's part of the learning process.
This journey I'm on is just that, a learning process, and since I have only been on here a couple months I'm still discovering new features to the website almost weekly. But yesterday, I found the most amazing feature on the entire website. Located just under the articles & videos tab there is a tagline that reads Spark Diet. I always just assumed this was articles about healthy eating, but no! This is the greatest gem EVER, and Spark People has it hidden away. Why is this not the topic of discussion on one of the featured blogs, or the insider? Maybe it is & I've just been missing out, but you can be sure I WILL be starting the Fast Break stage today!
For any of you that have not made this discovery yet, Spark diet is the simplest step by step process to recreating your life. It doesn't expect you to get on board with their plan, instead it teaches you how to create a healthy lifestyle that fits your life. They meet you where you are in your journey and give you the tools you need to build your knowledge and motivation so you can take steps toward living a healthy and fulfilled life.
