In sizing up this month at the halfway point I have noticed that for the last 2 weeks, although I am enjoying the occasional fasting, I am not drinking my usual gallon + of water a day, and my fitness minutes are no where near where I want them. Pretty sure that is why my weight is the same all this week. I hope that after today the travel portion of work is done for a while because it is really hard to drink a gallon of water when your day is spent driving all over the place lol. I also ate way too much for dinner last night, for some reason I was just so hungry. I didn't go over calories, but I did go to bed still VERY full emoticon

Yesterday's goals:
40 mins cardio - 51 emoticon
10 cups water - 14 emoticon
Fast day - emoticon

Today's goals:
40 mins of cardio
10 cups water
feed day but stay at the low end
