Lots of good stuff this week...
I repeated 2 days of Week 4 and was able to complete both of them really well. I think I've figured out how I need to run, including what to wear on my feet. I will be moving on to week 5 on Saturday.
I hit one of my mini-goals! 30 lbs lost! Super exciting. Next mini-goal is in 11 lbs, when I'll weigh as much as I did when I graduated from high school.
Also, got some good news concerning my job-search.
So yeah, really excited about that stuff. I find these little successes super motivating. Gonna keep working hard! =)
