Elliptical and Zumba

I went to the gym for the first time tonight! I did an hour on the elliptical before Zumba started and then an hour at Zumba. It's been a long time since I was last in Zumba so it took me a while to catch up.
My heart rate monitor shows that I burned 2300 calories in those 2 hours!!! That's more than I eat for the whole day! It was awesome!
I'm looking forward to going back. I added it to my calendar for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
It is awesome to not have to worry about anything while you work out - no interruptions! I just turned on my music and enjoyed myself!
Tomorrow I am going to be soooo sore, but it will be great!
