I am not a planner. I really just go with the flow in all things. Sometimes it works and sometimes it's an epic failure. Sadly, being disorganized and scattered presents many challenges beyond just meal planning. I've taken fancy organization classes that seem to motivate me for a little while but, I always seem to fall back into procrastinating and failing to plan.
During my most successful Spark moments, I can credit my laser focus on being more organized. Planning my gym time, packing my clothes the night before and packing my lunch or prepping veggies are the formula for weight loss week.
When I am left to "wing it" I eat out impulsively, fail to pack post-gym work clothes, get in bed to late and or all of the above! So, I know the value of preparation. I am just not really good at it. Today's activity is to blog about tomorrow's meals and how I prep for it.
Well, as usual my day got away from me and I just started Spark Coach. However through sheer luck, I have planned my meals for tomorrow but they just aren't great:
Valentines Day breakfast- red velvet pancakes I bought on impulse today because I never saw that before, turkey bacon and eggs.
I made it to SAMs club today. I plan to marinate then grill pork loins served with green beans. Dinner will be baked salmon, roasted Brussel sprouts and salad if I remember to pick up arugula. If not, cucumber and tomato salad!
