Had a great salad for lunch, just like when I first started SparkLing! Breakfast was also reasonable, and ate my fruit as planned.
While I didn't binge today (YAYAYAY), I notice that when things got stressful after school (kids and their drama) I went for the easy solution... Fast food is so rare for me that I surprised myself in choosing it. I remember that early on in my Spark journey, I would stock up and over cook to save and freeze healthy meals.
I will have to take care of that this weekend so I set myself up for success. I already know what works, and what doesn't, so I had better get back on the good foot!!!
