- Treadmill Intervals, kinda: 0.5% incline, 0.1mi/3mph, 0.25mi/4mph, 0.75mi/3mph, 0.25mi/4mph, 0.75mi/3mph, then killed incline 0%, and had to drop speed too. ~0.4mi/2.8mph.
- Stretched generally in lower body. Foam rolled bloodstripe.

Grouchy all day. Ate too much too. Up too late.
