Hello! I've decided to take a break from eating in the food court at work, for Lent. I'm not particularly religious but I really like the challenge of giving up something for Lent.
I'm also going to exercise every day. So far so good!
Today was the first day of Lent, so yesterday I was sure to hit the food court one last convenient time with a co-worker. I got this nice vegan special. It was quinoa, pomegranate seeds, kale, cabbage, rainbow radish, tempeh and some tangy dressing.
Hopefully I'll make a good habit of packing a healthy lunch, which will both save money and reduce calories.
If Lent has started....spring can't be too far away!
