Day one - Ash Wednesday

So far, I managed to eat okay and exercise. Yeah!
I remembered not to eat meat - after I brought a Lean Cuisine to work for lunch...luckily I had granola and peanut butter in the kitchen.
I went to the gym and worked out for about 45 minutes between work and my operations meeting.
