With no changes within my tracker, i'm unsure if I should follow through with the suggestion to eat in different ranges. I feel i'm so close to my goal that I would rather increase my aerobic exercise and see how I'm doing in a week or two. Actually, tonight I did eat enough that I hit my upper calorie range...we had a pre-valentine islander dinner. However, I measured and weighed all my portions, finding I ate just the right amount. So far, I'm having a good time pulling up my baggy size 8 corduroys. Not bad, size 6.
