Taking time for myself and sparking again

It felt soooo good to get out and go to the gym today. I haven't been in a year. You are going to laugh when you find out that this wonderful fitness studio for women was first owned by me. Yep, I have a life time membership agreement with the new owner. Today was the first time I took advantage of this opportunity. Oh, there are lots of reasons, most of which are only excuses, but I put all that aside and started back today.

I am usually pretty motivated to work out by myself at home. Lately, though, I hadn't even been working out at home. I decided to combine the two by going to the gym twice a week and then work out at home 1 or two more times a week. Even when I don't have time for a big home workout, I can do a mile for sure.

I have been doing so much inner healing work and creating videos on top of family and other business obligations that I noticed I was really neglecting to take care of myself and have balance.

Some other changes I made starting this week that have really helped in giving myself support is I got a deep tissue message, yesterday, I connected with a woman to have private yin yoga sessions on a weekly basis and I hired a house cleaning service on an every two weeks rotation

I stuck with my 2 power shakes and a healthy meal, plus a snack. I feel really satisfied and tonight. I am a bit sore from the workout which means I pushed myself just right.

I logged my food and fitness with the fitbit tracker.
