Man, I love my Coke! It sure is hard to keep carbs in range when I drink too much though. I've worked it down from three 20 ounce bottles a day. Lately, I've only been drinking two 12 ounce cans a day. The carbs are staying more in the center of the range instead of hitting/exceeding max everyday.
Now I have to start eating more veggies. Baby steps!
