That nutella is sooooo going in the trash.

Really. soon as I finish the jar.

Burned 550 calories today.
Ate more than I should have.

Got a phone call from a professor who was calling to answer some questions I had. How sweet. :)

One time a friend of mine got me a small friendly xmas gift bag filled with all sorts of Reese's items. I told my nutritionist and she said, why don't you save a little bit for each day of this week, then throw the rest away. I scoffed! "WHAT?? Throw it away? But it's perfectly good candy!!" I didn't do it for that bag of candy, but at another point, we had birthday cake lying around and we had had it for a couple of days. We were pretty much just eating it because it was there by this point, so I told my wife I was going to throw the rest away...and I did. It was actually really liberating! There was this small twinge of anguish and a quick thought, well I could get most of it back out from the garbage :) but I didn't. It's still a negotiation many times, it's still hard, and sometimes I don't throw the extra away. But at least now sometimes I do!

I wonder how you'd feel if you just dropped that jar in the trash this time??

I love nutella. I threw away most of a jar when I started the program.
