Day 1: One Day at a Time...One Day at a Time...

Hi, everyone!

How's everyone been doing? I got derailed when it came to trying to eat healthier and everything, but otherwise, life has been fine. Work is going along pretty smoothly except for the occasional minor frustration. The weather has been pretty tolerable, considering I live in Wisconsin and it's February. emoticon

So yeah, not a lot to complain about, besides my own inability to stay motivated.
One idea I have for how to stay on track is to try to focus more on this being a journey about getting healthier and treating my body well, and less on this being about losing weight. I doubt I'll ever get to a point that I never step on a scale, but I do want to emphasize it less.

Today was my first day of trying to get back on track. I have tracked my food and made sure to eat plenty of veggies. It was a good day.
