Oops, looks like I missed blogging about Week 3 day 2 also
I didn't do training last week. I got the stomach flu and didn't do much of anything at all. Got back on it Monday, it was tough with not doing hardly anything for a week! Lots of huffin and puffin!
Today was Week 4 Day 1, the running time almost doubled today!
Took puppy once again
she was not very well behaved on the leash today
Feeling pretty proud of myself, the 5 minute running increments had me intimidated but I made it! I love the C25K app on my phone, makes this so easy to keep going!
