I haven't been posting because I was in a tired slump. I don't know if it is the cholesterol
pills or just the weather or what, but today I decided to give myself a push again.
I did a Leslie Sandson 5 mile walk video plus I ate really good.(Except for the large Valentine cookie)
I did 12,427 steps, 5.43 miles and burned 1382 calories.
Now I am going to take the dog out (just to potty) and then I am going to get ready for bed.
My streak I am strting is no french fries or potato chips.

It's gonna be a hard one because they are 2 of my favorites,especially the chips but I am going for it.

    You did great on exercising with the DVD! (A 5 mile walk)

The weather can definitely bring a lot of us down about this time of year!

    Ah, these tired slumps pull us down. Please know that I and others have been having the same thing . . . I put it down to the weather.
And coincidentally, I've started back at it again too, last weekend, and am doing great again!
I know you will too and today was really super for you!
All the best with leaving out the french fries and potato chips!
