I decided I better go ahead and blog, even though there isn't a whole lot to say. Well, maybe there is....this has been a good week so far! I've been eating pretty well, and exercising more than I have in a while, and for the first time in a while the scale actually moved down! Maybe I can get to 140 before my trip in less than 2 weeks after all! Only 1 more pound to go, that is eminently doable!

I need to just stay on track and not keep food in the house that I shouldn't eat. I tell myself it's okay to just "have a little" but inevitably a little turns into a lot! And if I just suck it up and don't give in to the cravings, then eventually they go away! My body and mind CAN be perfectly happy with healthy 1300cal days so there is no reason that I shouldn't have a bunch of those in a row!

So here's looking forward to the rest of the week, and hopefully getting even lower than my goal of 140 before my cruise!

p.s. thank goodness I'm not sailing on Carnival, those poor people stuck in the Gulf of Mexico :-(

p.p.s. not even 2 weeks until my long awaited long vacation! YEAH!!!
