Diet Coke detox update

Hi all! I've been detoxing off Diet Coke since the last week of December. It was super hard for the first week or so, then the cravings tapered off dramatically. Now, even on the days I used to have it the most, I rarely think about it. However, I do still think about it and have to confess I've had about 1 Diet Coke a week.
It has also helped with my sugar cravings quite a bit, and my stomache feels a lot better; not bloated any more.
Although I'm happy with my progress, my goal is to quit it completely.
Of course, now I notice how other foods affect me. Bread? argh - bloating, and triggers binges. Sugary foods? The same.
It seems I've set myself on a path to lower carb living (not to be confused with low-carb, I still eat plenty of fruit). Not all days are like that, but if I keep the right food here, I eat lots more vegetables, lean meat, and fruit, and whole grains.
And this might be TMI, but with all the whole grains, well, you know! "Regular" has a whole new meaning!
FYI, along with Diet Coke, I gave up aspartame all together. No Crystal light either. I sometimes miss that stuff but I don't miss the way I felt on it. I feel great most of the time, including higher energy levels!
