I would be remissed if I did not post my success with the Plateau segment of Spark Coach.
I started with the plateau segment on Jan 9th after dealing with a fairly long (months) plateau. At my wits end I decided to follow through and see if it would make any difference in my efforts. I am excited to say after 28 days, I weigh about 6 pounds less, finally getting the scale down. I have been where I am now as recent as last October, but I had surgery and was unable to exercise for 6 weeks. I did try to keep my eating in check but I ended up gaining about 8 pounds. I earnestly got back to doing things right after the 6 weeks were up but found the scale was not moving. Now I am happy to see it finally doing so.
I am now following the Commitment and Challenges segment and hoping I can see a continued loss :)
