I have been working on planning my meals the day prior and it's been going well! I like having a menu to be able to follow instead of trying to come up with meal plans as the day goes. I reflect in a food journal about how the day went to keep my mind on track. LOVE THIS!!
Switching things up this week with a weekly goal which I will then give myself a reward if I follow through.
Week 1 Goal = KEEP TRACK! No matter what it was that I ate or activity that I completed, track it in SP.
Reward = 1 new outfit and an afternoon at the mall on Sunday :) (***walking and shopping***)
Day 2 of tracking my week (M-Sundays) and so far so good!
