Still going at my Recovery Week with the Core Cardio & Balance workout. I like this one, it is really fun. I can't wait until next week when I start the Max Interval training. I hear that a lot of people lose the majority of the weight during this section. I have already lost 11lbs so I am curious and excited to see if that rings true. After Insanity I am not sure what I want to go to next. I think I might start a strength training and muscle building circuit. (if anyone can recommend a good workout (with details) that I can do at my local gym that would be great!)
One thing I am really self conscience over is my stomach (yeah I know like everyone else!) and my arms. I really want to focus on toning those areas and reducing the size. That is where I carry pretty much all my weight, so I know between the toning and cardio I will be good to go!
