Assignment 1 for Winter 5% Challenge Commitment
I will be doing 30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training on the elliptical machine 3x per week, and the other 3 days, strength training, focusing on Squats, Lunges, Deadlifts, Bench press, standing press, bent row, pushups and chin-ups. Clothes, shoes, equipment all ready to go.
Until after my early March doctor appointment, I will eliminate anything white from my diet, focusing instead on healthy vegetables and fruits. Since I have an appointment with my dietician/endocrinologist on March 7, I’ll wait until after that to make any further diet plans.
I will record my daily exercise and Living the Good Life Points, on my Team page, and on Saturdays I will weigh in and record it. I will check in with my team daily and leave a comment on the Discussion Board. I will read and comment on blogs as I have time
